I ordered folders from another company and had a horrible time. I was holding my breath that things would be better with Beagle Legal and I have not been disappointed. One carton was lost in the mail and I called customer service. I was shocked when a real person answered. Dorian contacted the shipping company and sent me a replacement, keeping me updated by email the whole time! What great service!!
