RE-PRINTS/RETURNS/CREDITS - We Guarantee the Quality of Our Products!
Stock items that have no custom printing may be returned within 14 days of the order date for a prompt refund or exchange. We charge freight (if it has not already been charged - even on FREE freight items) PLUS a 5% re-stocking fee; credit is issued after stock is returned and reviewed. If you have questions or need to arrange for a Return, feel free to call us at 888.800.3090.
Custom orders MAY NOT be canceled for any reason. For orders with a paper stock or print quality issue, we reserve the right to 1 additional re-print or replacement. Customer supplied art is always reviewed for quality, but BeagleLegal is NOT responsible for the quality of low-resolution pictures or artwork. A credit - if necessary - will only be issued after an order is returned and reviewed.
