Q. When Will My Order Ship?
A. Most in-stock Filing & Envelope orders placed before 12PM EST ship the same day. We do not guarantee same day shipping but will make every effort to accommodate your needs. For custom or manufactured items, call 888.800.3090 for a current schedule.
Q. Who Will Be Delivering My Order / How Will It Ship?
A. For most stock Filing & Envelope products, your carrier will be either UPS Ground or FEDEX Ground with FREE Ground freight included for orders delivering inside the continental United States.
For Custom Orders and Large Shipments, we use a freight carrier that is determined at the time the project is ready to ship. Freight shipping rates are based on the weight and number of boxes/pallets being shipped and you will be billed at the carrier's rate unless other arrangements have been made. Large orders may include FREE GROUND freight to 1 location...call for details.
Q. Can I change the shipping method after I have placed an order?
A. As long as your order has not shipped, you can change the shipping method.
