Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. We accept all major Credit Cards, PayPal or feel free to use your Amazon account! Your credit card statement will reflect a charge for "Omniform Printing, Labels and Office Products". When paying by Credit Card ensure the "Billing Address" field matches the mailing address for your credit card statement. For Corporate Accounts we can accept company checks with approved credit, Net30 Day terms; credit card information may be needed as a back-up method of payment for first time orders. Q. Can I return custom items?
A. Custom items are made to your specific requirements, therefore custom items are non-refundable / non-returnable. If you want samples of a product or swatch or paper to review prior to ordering we will be happy to provide it.
Q. Do you charge Sales Tax on orders?
OVER & UNDER RUNS - since hi-speed machinery/presses cannot stop on the exact quantity ordered, custom manufactured / printed orders often result in either an OVER or UNDER run of product which must be accepted. You will be billed for the quantity shipped since custom products cannot be re-sold to other customers. For details on industry standard +/- quantity variances per product, call for details.
A. BeagleLegal does not collect Sales Tax on Internet sales EXCEPT for sales placed in/shipped to the states of Maryland, Pennsylvania, California & the District of Columbia. If your organization is located in one of these states AND you are Tax Exempt, please E-mail a copy of your tax exempt certificate to info@BeagleLegal.com.
Q. Can I get a sample of a product before I order?
A. Absolutely, that's one of the things that sets us apart from office supply stores! Click on the Chat link, call 888.800.3090 or e-mail your request along with the item number (must go through the variation drop downs for each product to get the correct "BL-..." number). Please provide a physical address and we'll send out your sample(s) free of charge!
ADMINISTRATIONQ. Is your website secure?
A. BeagleLegal provides customers with a secure ordering process using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. All of your personal and payment information is encrypted and transferred via a secure server.
Q. Will you share or sell my contact information?
A. NO. Customer information is for internal use only. BeagleLegal will not sell or release customer contact information unless otherwise notified in writing by a customer. Then, and only then, will information be provided at the behest of said customer and as it pertains solely to said customer. Custom printed products with brand logos may be used for marketing purposes unless instructed otherwise by the customer.
Q. Can I change the shipping method after I have placed an order?
A. As long as your order has not shipped, you can change the shipping method.
Q. If I forgot my Password, how can I retrieve it?
A. Your password can be retrieved by entering your user name at the My Account button found at the top of the BeagleLegal homepage. After entering your user name, click on 'Forgot Password’ and we will send you an e-mail with your password.
Q. If I am already a registered user, how do I change addresses and other information?
A. You can log on to your account and make any changes necessary to your account information and once you save them they will be effective immediately.
